GIOIA HOME
Casa Gioia was reborn in 2018 with the restoration of a typical 120sqm cottage in the Marche countryside thanks to the love of Lauro and Giusi for this place. Here you can breathe an air of peace and serenity, away from traffic and with an extraordinary panorama that embraces the rolling hills of the Marche on one side, giving an excellent view to Monte Conero, and on the other Cingoli, the “Balcony delle Marche “as if watching over it.
Casa Gioia is located in the center of the estate, among the olive groves that are cultivated by adopting the method of Organic Agriculture, both for an ecological and healthy awareness and to preserve an indigenous variety of olive trees from the Cingoli territory: the Mignola, from which it is extracted an excellent and very special Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
STRUCTURE
The 120 square meter structure can accommodate up to 9 people. On the ground floor, in the living area, in a harmonious blend of contemporary furnishings and recovery of traditions, we find a large living room with fireplace and sitting room, adjoining there is an equipped kitchen where you can enjoy your holiday in complete autonomy and without schedules and two bathrooms, one of which is suitable for disabled people.
On the first floor, on the other hand, we find the four rooms, each with a different style where you can experience a warm and familiar atmosphere. Two of these have an exclusive bathroom, while the other two have a shared bathroom. There is air conditioning, and in one of the bedrooms there is a cot / crib.
Outside this wonderful and welcoming place, in its large garden you can relax in the solarium, enjoy the beautiful swimming pool complete with whirlpool and use the barbecue for a dinner under the pergola.
Casa Gioia is about 200 meters as the crow flies from the Gli Ulivi Farmhouse. A small road in the middle of the olive trees allows you to reach the main building in a few minutes, where you can have breakfast and dinner.
Guests can collect and make free use of the products from our garden.
(All the rooms are supplied with linen. The bathrooms are also supplied with special linen and hairdryers. The cleaning of the rooms and the change of linen is provided weekly.)

Staying at Casa Gioia, all guests will be able to attend the olive harvest, visit the numerous oil mills in the area, be able to taste the oil that is produced in the farmhouse and also the typical dishes of the Marche cuisine, the wine from the cellars of the territory (Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, Rosso Piceno etc …), as well as being able to enjoy free products from the estate’s garden.
Sports enthusiasts, on the other hand, can take part in activities such as: mountain biking, Nordic walking, motocross, pedal boats and rowing on Lake Cingoli, trekking, horseback riding, tennis.
Staying at Casa Gioia it will also be possible to reach and visit Cingoli, Macerata, Treia, S. Severino Marche, Loreto, Jesi, Tolentino, Urbino, Ascoli Piceno, the Conero Park and the nearby Umbria with Assisi, Gubbio etc …
