In the dining room we propose numerous dishes of the local tradition, using the farm's produce, as far as possible.
Some of our typical and characteristic food: "bruschette" (means toasted slices of bread, seasoned with olive oil or spices), varied kinds of cheese, "ciauscolo" (local salami), liver based salami, fig based salami, pork sausage, uncooked ham, vegetables from our kitchen garden, "crescia" (a kind of flat bread), local wines, biological olive oil.
